This policy explains how Pre-Send Check handles information when you use the service.
Information we collect
Pre-Send Check collects the email address you provide so we can manage purchased checks, associate credits with your email, and help with support requests. We also process the text you submit in order to generate your check results.
Drafts and submitted text
Drafts are processed to generate your check and are not saved to our database. Your browser may temporarily retain draft text locally so the page can restore your work after checkout or refresh.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Pre-Send Check does not store your full card number or payment credentials. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud prevention, and transaction information in accordance with its own policies.
Service providers
We use third-party services to operate the product, including hosting, database, payment processing, and AI processing providers. Submitted text is sent to an AI provider to generate the check output.
Sensitive information
Do not submit confidential, regulated, legally privileged, medical, financial, or highly sensitive personal information. Pre-Send Check is intended for general professional drafting and communication review.
Data we store
We may store your email address, credit balance, transaction records, and basic operational records needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.
